How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through our official website or through online travel agencies such as Expedia, and others.

Can I change my reservation?

The procedure depends on how the reservation was made.
If you booked through an online travel agency, please modify your reservation through the same website.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the reservation plan and booking site.
Please check the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.

Check-in / Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

A

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Q

Can I check in earlier than 3:00 PM?

A

Early check-in is not available.
However, we can store your luggage at the front desk before check-in.

Q

Can I check out later than 10:00 AM?

A

Late check-out may be available depending on room availability.
Please ask the front desk on the day of departure. Additional charges may apply.

Q

What if I arrive late for check-in?

A

Late check-in is possible.
If you expect to arrive after midnight, please inform us in advance.
Guests with dinner included should check in by 8:00 PM.

Luggage / Delivery

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Yes. We can store your luggage at the front desk.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

A

Yes. Luggage can be stored until the same day.

Q

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

A

Yes. Please write your name and check-in date on the shipping label.

Can the hotel ship luggage for me?

A

Yes. We can arrange delivery through Yamato Transport.
Please note that packing must be done by the guest.
Large items such as bicycles cannot be shipped.

Parking / Bicycles

Is parking available?

Yes. We have a free parking lot with 59 spaces.

Is motorcycle parking available?

A

Yes. A covered parking area is available on the first floor of the building.

Is bicycle parking available?

A

Yes. A covered bicycle parking space is available.
For high-value bicycles such as road bikes, we recommend bringing them into your room.
Please note that bicycles cannot be brought into Compact Single Rooms and some Japanese-style rooms.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Do the rooms have refrigerators?

Yes. All rooms are equipped with an empty refrigerator for guest use.

Do the rooms have a bathroom and toilet?

Yes. All rooms have a private unit bathroom.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms.
All other rooms are non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
A smoking area is available on the first floor.

Are there vending machines?

Drink vending machines are located on the 4th floor.

Is there a coin laundry?

Yes. Washing machines and paid dryers are available on the 6th floor.

Can I use the private family bath?

Yes. The private family bath is available by reservation at the front desk.
Reservations are accepted after check-in and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are rental bicycles available?

A

Yes. Rental bicycles are available for short trips around the city.
They are not suitable for long-distance cycling such as the Shimanami Kaido route.

Dining

Can I order dinner on the same day?

A

Yes. Dinner orders are accepted until 7:40 PM, subject to availability.

Can I order breakfast on the same day?

A

Breakfast reservations must be made by 11:59 PM the day before.

Can I bring food into the resutaurant?

A

Bringing outside food is generally not allowed for hygiene reasons.

Q

Can I bring drinks into the resutaurant?

A

Unopened bottles such as wine or sake are allowed.
A corkage fee may apply.

Is room service available?

A

No. Room service is not available.

Q

Can meals be served in the room?

A

Meals are served only in the restaurant.
